Data we may process
When you email us, we receive your email address, name and any information you include in the message. You do not need an account to browse this website. Please do not send sensitive data that is unnecessary for your enquiry.
Purposes and legal grounds
We use enquiries to respond to requests and prepare a potential engagement, including pre-contractual steps you request. Operating and protecting the website may involve technical data based on our legitimate interest in maintaining a secure service. Optional visit statistics require your consent.
Statistics and technical data
If you accept statistics, the website sends the name of the page visited to Base44. Hosting requests may involve technical data such as IP address and browser information. We have not enabled session recordings, Google Analytics or advertising pixels. Your consent choice is stored in your browser.
Providers and transfers
Base44 provides hosting and technical infrastructure. The website may load fonts through Google Fonts and brand assets hosted by Base44; these requests communicate technical data to the respective providers. Providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, subject to the safeguards required by applicable law.
Retention
Messages are retained as needed to respond to and follow up on an enquiry, subject to legal obligations or the establishment or defence of legal claims. Your cookie choice remains valid for 180 days. Base44 states that analytics events are retained for 60 days; infrastructure logs follow the provider’s retention periods.
Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to certain processing.
